Ok here's my reasoning. Kiriko is alright, and can heal herself, but she needs good aim. Mercy rarely heals herself, and it takes a while to get out her gun while healing. Ana is a good close first, but, if she gets found, its over. Illari is a good second, unless you destroy her turret. Brigitte has a shield, and a giant hammer that you could help and is easier to control.
