Hollywood is one of the locations in Overwatch. C’est une maps d’Escorte. Where players need to escort omnic film director Hal-Fred Glitchbot, protecting him from the anti-omnic movement.

Players start on Hollywood Boulevard - complete with stars on the sidewalk - and make their way to Goldshire Studios. Following this area is the Hollywood Backlot, complete with different sets. Another room features a sound stage where a science fiction movie is being shot.

Notes

• Around the first attacking spawn point there are several movie posters for They Came From Beyond The Moon, Six Gun Killer, Some Like It Bot, and Hero Of My Storm.
• Two billboards advertising Lúcio can be seen between the first attacker spawn and the control point.
• The Walk of Fame features the names Maifie Adams, Baleog Fierce, Olivia Rai, Olaf Stout, Samuel Drest, and Erik Swift. Baleog the Fierce, Olaf the Stout and Erik the Swift are the main characters from the game 'The Lost Vikings'.
• Despite Hollywood being in the United States, the Babylon Hotel's cash register has a pound sign (£) on it.
• Down the road to the left of the attackers' spawn, graffiti can be seen that says "LOS MUERTOS". The same graffiti appears on Dorado.
• In the security room by the first point, a monitor can be seen with a game of Hearthstone open.
• At the final point, there is a Tyrael-brand trailer.
• On the presumed set of They Came From Beyond The Moon there are aliens suspended from the ceiling, and their eyes have been known to move.

Trivia

• Hollywood was originally teased in a tweet from @PlayOverwatch. It was announced on November 6, 2015, and was added to the closed beta three days later on November 9.

Patch Notes: April 6, 2016 (beta) Note: Fixed a collision issue with the theater door outside the attacking spawn in Hollywood.
