Story

Bisi is highly intelligent; in the mind of Efi Oladele, even more intelligent than his brother, Dayo. He is dedicated to Talon's ideology.[1]

Background

Bisi's chosen his path, and if you ask me, he deserves a lot worse than a tram door closing on his face.
~ Dayo

Growing up, Bisi and Efi were close. At some point, he gifted her carbon-steel tools. They partook in many games together, such as writing on the walls of Bisi's home with invisible ink, and working on a 3-D model of Horizon Lunar Colony.

At high school, Bisi was caught up with "area boys." After graduation, he worked his way into organized crime, where his intellect was highly prized. However, he fell into debt, and when the debtors came to collect, they mistook Dayo as Bisi, and beat him up. Dayo was left with a shattered hip, a severe concussion, and was taken to hospital. Bisi turned up to the hospital, mumbled his apologies, and then disappeared. His mother was left shattered, and refused to speak about Bisi.

Having been driven out of his family, Bisi joined Talon, becoming a lieutenant.[1]

The Hero of Numbani

Little cousin. I gave you the chance to be on the winning side. You chose not to take it.
Well, now I'm giving you a chance. The chance to be on the right side. It's not too late. I miss my cousin. I miss the person you used to be.
Compassion is a weakness. Doomfist taught me that.
~ Bisi and Efi at the Unity Day attack

A year later, Bisi resurfaced in Numbani. Dayo saw him at the tram concourse as the doors were closing. While Dayo could have stuck out his arm to stop the doors from closing, he just ignored him.

Over a month later, as Doomfist began his campaign against Numbani, Bisi was among the Talon lieutenants present at the Numbani Heritage Museum. They were interrupted by Orisa, and Doomfist ordered Bisi and the other lieutenants to open fire. They did so, breaking Orisa's shield, but the barrage was interrupted by Efi. When she looked at Bisi, his expression was distant and cold. She wondered if he didn't care about her, or if he was secretly ashamed at the company he'd fallen into. Whatever the case, Orisa fired a graviton pulse, which knocked Bisi and the other lieutenants out cold. Later, they escaped with their leader.

Later, Efi met with Dayo at Kofi Aromo. Dayo ended up having to go to the restroom, courtesy of his coffee being spiked by the barista, which allowed Bisi to sit at the table in his place. He tried to be friendly, but Efi was having none of it. He told her that at the museum, he'd been secretly rooting for her, but she didn't believe him. Regardless, he offered her a place in Talon, and hinted that it was Doomfist who had nominated her for the Adawe Foundation "Genius Grant." Still, Efi refused, and seeing Dayo emerge from the restroom, Bisi left the café.

Later, at the Unity Day concert, Bisi was among Doomfist's lieutenants who attacked the event. During the battle, Efi confronted him, telling him that it wasn't too late to leave Talon, but he refused, and destroyed Orisa's supercharger. Efi screamed, but Bisi just smiled, and ran back to rejoin the fight.

Despite this, the fight turned against Talon, and both Bisi and Doomfist were cornered at the edge of a catwalk, behind which was a thirty foot drop to the street below. Bisi demanded that they surrender, and Dayo told Bisi that it wasn't too late to leave Talon. Bisi's lip trembled, and Doomfist, noticing, grabbed Bisi with his gauntlet. Snarling, he asked if Bisi was "rethinking his life decisions." Bisi, gasping for breath, told Doomfist that he was still committed. Regardless, Doomfist tossed Bisi over the side.

Orisa saved Bisi using her graviton surge, pulling him back over the side. However, in the distraction, Doomfist had been able to escape. Bisi met Efi's gaze, then looked away, ashamed.

After the battle, civil protectors arrived and began arresting Doomfist's lieutenants. Dayo personally handed Bisi over to them.[1]

Imprisonment

Efi visited her cousin recently. I will not forgive what Talon turned him into.
Ah, yes. How is Bisi enjoying prison?
Ask when I lock you up with him.
~ Orisa and Doomfist discuss Bisi

After the Unity Day attack, Bisi was put in prison. Efi visited him.[2]

Trivia

In Overwatch 2 interaction lines, Bisi was called "Sibi." This was later fixed.
