Bisi is Efi Oladele's oldest cousin. He was shunned out his family after an incident that resulted in his younger brother Dayo's hip getting shattered.

Bisi is an agent of Talon who supported Efi in her ambitions as she grew up. After being driven out of his family, he joined Talon. Using their resources, he provided further support to Efi in an attempt to get her to join him in Talon, but to no avail.
During the events of the Lucio concert attack, he shows hesitation in turning against his family once more and is nearly killed by Doomfist, but is saved by Orisa.
