The facility's lobby
A Blackwatch facility in Rome was established about eight years prior to the present day, as part of Overwatch's anti-Talon operations. The facility was overseen by Gérard Lacroix. However, the base was infiltrated by a Talon agent, who planted a bomb that leveled the entire structure, and damaged the surrounding area. Lacroix survived the explosion, but many staff members weren't so lucky.[1]
