Bruce is the owner and operator of Bruce's Wreckyard in Junkertown.
Before the destruction of the Australian omnium, Bruce was an engineer. After its destruction and the irradiation of the Outback, he began operating his wreckyard in Junkertown. He had a good relationship with Mako Rutledge, and Bruce was one of the few Junkers that Rutledge respected. He would bring in scrap in exchange for various goods.[1]
