Communications interface
Communications is a feature of Story Missions in Overwatch 2. It functions as a transcript of communications between characters in the overall storyline.
The first set of messages are posted in the Inbox. After a mission is completed, the original set is posted in the Archive, and a new set of messages appears in the Inbox. This is repeated with each mission completion.
