• "So mean, I make medicine sick" is a reference to a line of trash-talk by legendary boxer Muhammad Ali, who said it during an interview at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York leading up to the famous "Rumble in the Jungle" fight against George Foreman in 1974.

• "Combo Breaker" is a reference to Fighting games but particularly the "Killer Instinct" franchise, which whenever a player broke the combo of the opponent, the announcer would shout "C-c-c-combo Breaker!"
