Affiliation	Overwatch?

Helio is a hero that was created for the pitch meeting for Prometheus, which became Overwatch. His design is taken from unused Titan concept art.^[1]

He had the following abilities:

Electro Maces
Healing Light
Protection

Helio Recall — Potentially Helio in *Recall*

Helio potentially makes an appearance in Recall as one of the Overwatch agents Winston sends the recall order to. He looks similar to his original appearance, but has a blue visor over his eyes and a slightly different armor design.
