Mythic Skins

Mythic skins were introduced with the release of Overwatch 2 and is the highest rarity level of cosmetics available in the game. They can be bought using Mythic Prisms in the Mythic Shop. Unlike other skins of other rarity, Mythic Skins have a variety of customization options, such as different colors, weapons, armors or masks. They can also have custom sounds, voice line effects, visual effects and highlight intro effects. Typically, a mythic skin will follow the current season's theme.

The current season's Mythic Skin is displayed as the featured skin in the Mythic Shop. Players can earn up to 80 Mythic Prisms in the Premium Battle pass to purchase almost any mythic cosmetic in the mythic shop. Prior to season 10, each season's Battle Pass had a Mythic skin available for it once they completed the Premium Battle Pass and reached Tier 80.

Mythic skin also have optional add-ons purchasable in the Mythic Shop, called "Mythic Aspects". For example, all mythic skins have an additional color theme "Gilded", which provides a black and gold color variation to the mythic skin, costing 20 to unlock. This color add-on can only be purchased if the fully levelled up Mythic Skin to purchase mythic aspects.

Skin Descriptions

A-7000 Wargod Ana

The A-7000 Wargod is a failed attempt to replicate a certain human soldier's consciousness in a robotic frame. Though the unit gained her ruthlessness and skill, fragments of the soldier's memories have corrupted its data banks.

Vengeance Mercy

Taking up the name "Vengeance", Dr. Angela Ziegler leads Talon in a fight for a better world--one where she wields full control over life and death.

Trivia

• When using Orisa's "Laugh" Voice Line with her Grand Beast skin equipped, subtitles will say (Laughs in Monster) rather than the usual (Laughs).
• The season 10 mid-season patch notes fixed a bug that caused feathers on Mercy's Vengeance skin not being properly aligned. This caused some further issues that led to Mythic Skins and the Mythic Shop temporarily being disabled.
