"On-fire Meter" is conjectural.

The On-fire Meter is a meter located in the HUD under the player's health bar. The meter increases by getting eliminations (based on damage done), healing players, taking/denying objectives, blocking damage, teleporting players (as Symmetra), reviving players (as Mercy), shutting down enemy ultimates or getting offensive/defensive/recon assist. When viewing the players in the Tab menu, players can see which players are on fire. The hero will also announce for the controlling player and their allies if they reach the on-fire point.
The meter drains at a fast rate when the player isn't doing anything or dying; constantly doing things will keep the meter from draining. It takes 300 flame points to trigger the flame halo on the heroes profile and caps at about 350-400.
