Oslo

Oslo is the capital city of Norway.

The Echo Project was being developed in an Overwatch facility here. Eight years before the Overwatch recall, a number of Overwatch facilities in the city came under attack, which led to the death of Dr. Mina Liao. Overwatch launched an investigation of the incident, and conducted a review of its security procedures. It was soon discovered that the attack had been conducted by Antonio of the Talon terrorist organization.
