Pacanowsky was a member of Talon and Cuerva's strike team, and a former member of Baptiste's unit.
Story
Pacanowsky and the unit took part in the assault on Monte Cristi. They had been assigned to extract Daniel Fernández of the Playa Cartel, but failing to find him, Cuerva ordered them to tear the town apart until they did.
