The Shop is an in game store which allows players to buy Cosmetics with Coins or Credits. All cosmetics in the shop can be in the form of bundles, or separate items. It can be seen both in-game and online.
The shop can be accessed in-game using the Shop tab on the home screen. When entered, the Shop section is opened first.
When using the in-game shop, if the prices use real money then the currency displayed will change to use the local region's currency, for example it displays USD($) in United States of America, GBP(£) for the United Kingdom and CAD($) for Canada.
Shop Section[ | ]
The primary section opened first, which contains all the current cosmetics on offer. This section is split into two seperate sections, the Featured section and Just for You Section, which can both be accessed through scrolling down, or a small menu to the left of the screen.
Featured[ | ]
The Featured section refreshes every Tuesday. Each time, it displays various cosmetic bundles or items. This section will include any event-based bundles and cosmetics being sold.
This section may include:
- New Overwatch 2 cosmetics
- Discounted Overwatch cosmetics
- Discounted Overwatch 2 cosmetics from previous seasons.
- Up to 10 Battle Pass Tier Skips.
- These will be stored for next seasons Battle Pass if you already completely the current one.
Just For You[ | ]
The Just For You section refreshes every 24 hours and offers various different bundles of Overwatch cosmetics or old Overwatch 2 cosmetics. Every player has a different "Just For You" section, thus the name. The cosmetics displayed here can vary from previous season bundles to a single hero spray.
If the cosmetic is a Shop-exclusive cosmetic that can't typically be bought through the Heroes tab, then it will only be available for purchase through Coins. Otherwise, the cosmetic can be bought with Credits and through the Heroes tab.
Seasonal Shop[ | ]
The Seasonal Shop contains cosmetic bundles available for purchase throughout the entire season. The cosmetics sold in the bundles in this section typically change each season, but the bundles themselves are kept the same, with some disparities.

Mythic Shop[ | ]
- Main article: Mythic Shop
The Mythic Shop is a feature added in Season 10. It utilizes Mythic Prisms to unlock customization options for previous Mythic Skins. Mythic Skins are added to this shop two seasons after their debut. [1]
Unlocking a mythic skin costs 50, which gives the player starting sets of customizations. The skin can then be further levels up for 10, 3 more times. This means to fully unlock a hero's Mythic Skin, it'll cost a total of 80. [2]
Currently the Mythic Shop can only be used to purchase Mythic Skins, however it was said that other Mythic cosmetics may be released in future.[3]
Overwatch League Shop[ | ]
Another section in the Shop is the Overwatch League section, which allows players to use League Tokens to purchase various Overwatch League skins or Weapon Charms.
Team Store
The Team Store allows players to purchase cosmetics from 19 of the Overwatch League teams. You can purchase the Home and Away skins for 150, as well as each of the teams Weapon Charms for 100.
You can only purchase the skins for the first 38 Heroes released. All heroes released after Illari do not have Overwatch League skins, as the League was unfortunately terminated after it's 2023 season, making Mauga the first Overwatch 2 hero without Overwatch League skins.
As of season 9, this is the only section found in the Overwatch League Shop.
Featured
This section contained new legendary skins purchasable only through League Tokens. Legendary skins typically costed 300.
In Season 3, this section began to include exclusive Team Role Bundles available for 350. These bundles included the skins of 3 heroes of a certain role, as well as that teams weapon charm. The heroes were the same for all bundles for that time.
Discontinued and Limited-Time Sections[ | ]
Heroes Shop[ | ]
In the heroes shop, players could purchase any Overwatch 2 Hero for 900, or 900 if the hero had been out for long enough. Any new heroes were added to this tab the season following their release.
- Bundles
- Overwatch 2 Hero Starter Pack ( 1900) These packs were based around a previously released Overwatch 2 Hero. It unlocked the Hero for the player to use. It also came with 1 Legendary Skin, 1 Highlight intro and 1 Victory Pose, all for that hero.
This section was discontinued following Season 10, with new heroes now being free for all players upon their release. Similarly, the lack of cosmetics the new hero Venture had may have contributed to the removal of this shop, as they released with no legendary skins that could be in their Overwatch 2 Hero Starter Pack.
Anniversary Shop[ | ]
This shop was available during the 2023 Overwatch 2 Anniversary Event for a limited time from September 19 to October 16, 2023. It offered players the option to buy 6 Legendary and 3 Epic skins from previous events or bundles that were no longer available. The Legendary skins could be bought for 1900 or 2000, while the Epic skins were available for 600 or 750.
