Resizing Small Images

Right now, all images are resized so their largest dimension is 350px, which works well for characters like McCree or [[Brigitte] who have high resolution pictures, but does not work well for characters like Singh (currently has a transparent border to compensate) or Sombra, whose only pictures are smaller than 350px. I propose that any picture smaller than 350px remains the size they are, while pictures above 350px are downsized. Does anyone here know how to change that? The code's a little complicated for me to grasp. --Fuzzlepuzzle (talk) 14:11, 10 August 2016 (UTC)

What you are suggesting sounds like it would involve logic that I'm not sure how to implement in a wiki template, or if it's even possible to do. The 350x350px restriction is probably meant to keep the template size consistent because without it, the template will resize itself to fit whatever picture is in it. I'll look at other wikis and see if they've done anything similar. --TheModster (talk) 15:24, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
Okay, so I found that the Minecraft Wiki does something like this with Lua. The Infobox template there has a default image size of 150px, but you can manually enter a different image size to override it. I am not familiar with Lua to try something like that out, unfortunately. --TheModster (talk) 15:42, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
