[[Lena Oxton]], who'd met [[Iggy]], attempted to bring technology into the Underworld to help fix its grid. However, this generated some ire from [[Kace]] and his gang (per their anti-human stance), and getting her hands on the required technology was difficult. The grid suffered another blackout, and while Oxton was able to provide a regulator, it was of little use. The grid needed a regulator, as without one, it would just keep failing. Unfortunately, there was no transformer that the omnics could acquire that would work with their technology legally.
