The "Wastelanders" are those who roam the Australian Wasteland.

Story

The Wastelanders have their origin in the destruction of the Australian omnium, which irradiated the Outback. Life is harsh for the Wastelanders, and they are generally looked down upon by the Junkers (at least prior to Odessa Stone becoming queen), and prior to her ascension, no Wastelander had ever made it to the Reckoning.

Trivia

It is unclear whether the Wastelanders are a full-fledged faction, or if the term is simply a descriptor. The subtitles of the animated short The Wastelander treat the term as a proper noun, though this could also be a demonym for those who inhabit the Wasteland itself.
